Research Process
- Our research team set to work finding the most suitable applicants for your specified role as discussed at the initial briefing.
CONTACT CANDIDATES
- Having identified the most suitable candidates our team then contact them, using the utmost discretion, and organise the Initial Interview.
Conduct Initial Interviews
- After identifying interested and relevant candidates we will conduct all face to face interviews who meet the brief set out by you.
Shortlist Presentation
- From the initial interviews the very best of candidates are selected. Macleod Executive Search then present these candidates to the client.
Shortlist Report
- After presenting our shortlist to you we prepare a comprehensive report so that you have all candidate details to hand.
Candidate Verification
- We thoroughly check the qualifications and industry accreditations of all the candidates prior to any further stage interviews.
